Not a Great Experience, Keep Looking

The stay was challenging. I had issues from the start, having reserved a first-floor room but had to endure an uncomfortable climb to the second floor with my luggage. The room itself showed neglect, with poor repairs and unknown odors.

I appreciated the effective air conditioning, which kept the space cool amidst the hot weather. The hotel's location was favorable, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. The staff greeted us warmly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

Breakfast options were limited, prompting me to look elsewhere for a more satisfying meal.

The room was clean with new bed linen. I enjoyed the sparkling bathroom. It had a secure entry. The manager was cute and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights as a family.

Fast check-in and free parking, but laundry area could use better maintenance.

The man at the front desk, he went out of his way to help us with everything,, really good service,, always felt like we mattered.
